    I have the 26 BARS AND A BAND Paul Frank Signature Skurvy Retractable Dog Leash and the quality could not be worse. After just a couple of months the handle has started to peel off. Couold not be more disapointed.

    Thank you so much for the new Paul Frank Signature Skurvy Retractable Leash and for the doy toy gift! My pom loved it.
    The handle quality on the leash is very different to the one I had.
