We’ve professed our love for Cloud7 in the past, and I thought it might be good to check in with what the German studio has been up to. I’m glad I did: they’ve got a whole mess o’ new beds, leashes, toys, bowls, and accessories that are just gorgeous, as well as an expanded collection of their classic travel beds. I saw Cropscotch handmade personalized wooden dog tags on Fab the other day, and I fell instantly in love. The only reason I haven’t ordered a couple for Mingus and Dottie is because I can’t figure out which designs I like best. (I think it’s the paper airplane and the painted nametag.)

Cropscotch tags are painted and cut by hand in Portland. They’re sealed for weather resistance and strength and feature your pup’s name and phone number on the tag’s reverse side. The tags are available in a variety of sizes (since pups are, too) and you can choose which paint color best suits your pup. Seriously, though: picking out which design you like best might be harder than choosing your pup’s name.

I spotted this colorful DIY dog collar project on Instructables recently and immediately fell in love with it! The tutorial has steps for making a collar from scratch, but the yarn applique technique would be pretty easy to apply to an old collar you already have. Check out how right here!
