I just made my own, take a piece of wood, cut holes to fit bowls and attach to the wall with a couple screws. to make it sturdier add side supports, and for decoration add a decorative molding to the front. I do like the idea of this one being in the wall – -easy enough to do and still make your own

These are pretty cool, most pet eating facilities I see are just plastic or stainless steel bowls thrown on the floor!
