Free Stitch
Kate from Moderncat tipped me off to Free Stitch, a Japanese company designing and making beautiful clothing, collars, leashes and other accessories for dogs. From what I understand, they are a group of graphic designers who wanted their pets to look as beautiful as they were on the inside, so they started making clothes. What really seals the deal for me, though, is the product photography.
Those are some great and adorable dog clothes!
Unfortunately, their 3x is for a dog weight of 12 kg (26 pounds or thereabouts, Google tells me). My dog is 71 pounds. Another miss for me. The Doberman has no undercoat, it’s not unreasonable to throw a hoodie on her once in awhile. I know they’ve got Dobermans in Japan ^^
The photography really makes looking around on the site worth it, though.
Wow. These pictures are really beautiful. I’d love to see my Basenji in something so trendy, but he is known for munching on his clothes.

I met this company at Superzoo last fall. Their designs are truly beautiful and cool. I’m still working on trying to get a few styles on Snazzy Jazzy Pet! Love them!
