Gun Leash Redesign
I’m sure many of you remember the controversial Bark Out Loud post we did earlier this year about Art Lebedev Studio‘s retractable gun leash. Well, voices were heard and made way for this much less aggressive and more playful redesign by Yunfan Tan. Looks kind of like a water gun… now if only it shot water, too…
I knew that would make it look way better!
It’s still kind of stupid looking. It just has a very dinky, cheap look. I worry about the construction given that the extendable leashes can actually be quite dangerous, especially for larger dogs. They’ve been known to snap back and injure a person or take out an eyeball!

Now this designs is much better! Its whimsical, fun, and harmless (at least to the outside world).
So many bad things could have gone wrong with the previous design, from far away or on darker nights that leash could have got someone really hurt :/
