How to Calculate a Dog’s Age in Dog Years
Can you believe it’s not as easy as seven years for every human year? I didn’t until I saw this post on the Dogster blog.
Looks like Lulu is 38 and Beans is 29. Glad I’m not the only girl in the house who’s thirty-something.
that’s really interesting. it looks like my two pups are 29 and 39.
Its not totally acurate. I think the top end is scewed a little high, but its better than the old 7yr/1yr routine.
I love the design regardless of the scientific accuracy!
I lost my girl last year and I just used this to work out that she was 132 years old when she passed! A large dog who lived to 18. I find that pretty amazing, actually!
