Do you find your dog drinking from the sprinklers or trying to get a taste out of your garden hose?
WaterDog is a pet drinking fountain that you attach to a spout on the exterior of your home. The dispenser is automatic, so when your dog approaches, a stream of fresh water comes out of the spout. It has a sensor that knows when your dog is within a 40-degree angle in front of the unit and up to three feet. When your pet walks away, it turns itself off. It also has a separate connector so you can still attach your water hose if you only have one spicket. The height is also adjustable.
I really like this idea. Since my dogs enjoy being outdoors often, I would consider buying one when I have a house. I can just see it now: Lulu hogs the stream of water and slobbers it all over Beans as he stands patiently below her.
Would you buy one of these for your home?
Love the idea of these leather Harmony collars by aud & m. I’d love to see more color combinations, like maybe yellow and gray or a peacock blue with navy! What color combo would you pick?
Thanks to Jennifer from FloppyCats.com for interviewing me!

Stephanie Millner is an example of a true pet portrait photographer (though she does humans too!). Her pet portraits focus specifically on her subjects faces & actions with little to no props or action. I really love that she stresses the facial expressions — particularly smiles — and captures that one specific moment in time.
Are these some good looking dog houses or what? They were created by TAP Architecture, an Oklahoma-based architecture firm who participated in The Central Oklahoma Humane Society (OK Humane) My Life as a Dog Challenge, which was held last September.
I would love one of these Dog Tornado Interactive Dog Toys. Basically, it’s an intelligence-building puzzle game that challenges your dog to investigate the whereabouts of hidden treats. When your dog turns the bones, the treats are revealed. It has anti-slip feet – great for vinyl, hardwood or tile and you can throw it in the dishwasher (bonus!).

Jesse Doquilo’s Mutt dog house (above) is one of my favorite modern dog house designs, and he’s come out with a brand new one called Moddy Doggy (last photo). Both houses are priced at $1250 (including shipping). Moddy Doggy will soon be available for purchase online.
