Perfect Pet Feeder
I don’t know about you, but I don’t usually use an automatic feeder for my pets because they would eat themselves to death. However, the Perfect Pet Feeder enables you to schedule and control portion. Every unit comes equipped to feed one pet or two. I suppose if you have more than 2 animals, you will need 2+ units. I think the design is nice and modern as well, which is always a consideration for me when purchasing a very visible item in my kitchen.
My only concern is that some people would consider these to replace love, affection, and the dependence that a dog or cat has on you as their owner.
What do you think? Would you use one of these?
I think I’d be more inclined to use it for a cat than a dog. My boston terrier loves food, so it’s fun to feed her because she gets so excited and it’s a good place for us to practice “sit” and “wait” because she’s really motivated when the food comes out.
I am our automatic pet feeder. The problem is that I sometimes don’t feed the cats before we go to bed, and one will wake me up at 5am when he’s hungry. The feeder above would solve that, as I could set it to feed them at 10pm.
Oh. My. God.
I just looked at the price.
For that price, I’ll suffer through being awakened now and then.
It does look cool, though.
I would not use it because … I would not get a pet in the first place …
However in the event of a girlfriend or other person I live with getting a pet I would definitely get their pet one of these …
i could never feed my 2 dogs that close to each other – it would end in bloodshed. srsly. a lot of dogs tend to be too food aggressive for such close proximity during meals.
also we have such a nice routine at morning & evening mealtimes that the pups know includes some outside time before & after and a few dessert treats and a bit of obedience training. no way, no auto feeder for this family!
I would love an automatic pet feeder that actually looks cool. The one we have now for our two cats is so ugly it drives me crazy. But, $500 for a feeder is outrageous! It’s definitely not that cool enough looking to spend that much on.
great tool for pet lovers like me, I’m always on the go, so if I have this kind of tool, then I won’t worry anymore about feeding my pet even when I’m not at home.. cool!!

How cool to see this here! I have one of these and it.is.awesome. It’s sleek, built like a tank, and I wouldn’t be without it. Our two cats are much more relaxed now that we’re not the source of their food. They’re not pestering us all night is worth the price, alone.
My cats have always had dry food available for them all the time. I think it’s actually healthier in some ways, because they eat when they are hungry and don’t binge. The design is very nice, but it’s HUGE. I think they could offer some smaller options, at least for the cats.

I’ll be honest, I wouldn’t cry if someone sent this as a gift! It would be great for cats, particularly when we go out on a day or weekend trip. It could also be useful for portion control while someone else is sitting for the “chubby” family dog (because you know that guests and sitters tend to indulge our pets when we are away.) But not for regular feedings. I want my pets to know that I am the source of food. I’m selfish like that.
That pet feeder looks classy and would fit well in a more modern styled home.

It would be perfect for the cats, they have food available at all times anyway and sometimes i forget to put more food in their dishes before going to bed
I think we would use one just so that there wasn’t such a big deal at meal times. Our samoyed goes nuts at the sight of us preparing her meal.
