Minted is an online stationery that crowd sources all of their designs, which means every month they hold a design challenge that designers from all over the world enter. Consumers and designers alike then go online to vote for their favorites and then they sell the top ten percent or so. The designer gets a commission every time their card sells. How awesome is that?
