Huskymutts Mingus and Dottie enjoy their job as official Dog Milk doggie product testers, especially when it means eating things or playing with toys. (And sometimes those two activities tragically intersect.) In this month’s installment of Mingus & Dottie Try It, these two pros put the Holobon and Holobal from Petprojekt to the test. My dogs go nuts for any toy that involves the (seemingly magical) distribution of tasty treats. The Tretkon from Petprojekt does just that but also rolls around (due to its fancy cone shape) for a bit more interactive play. Made from 100% natural rubber, this cleverly-designed toy is available in two sizes and three colors. Snag one for your pooch right here.

Happy Ruff-mas! We rounded up 20 of our favorite toys for dogs of all sizes, chew-strengths, and activity levels. Give your dog something to really howl about this holiday season!

Fortunately, I had the opportunity to try out the Bionic Bone from Bionic Pet Products.

I had a chance to see these super durable (almost freakishly durable) dog toys from PrideBites in person at BlogPaws last month, where PrideBites won “Coolest New Company of 2012″. I was blown away by their all-in-one-ness: each toy is crafted with soft fleece, two layers of “rip-stop” material, and reinforced stitching — all of which encase squeakers housed inside stuffing made of foam. Oh, and they’re machine washable and, if your dog is a water lover, they float, too! Did you catch all that??
