What do you do when you want to impress your 10-year-old dog and make them (extra) happy to call you their human? Start a socially-conscious clothing company that not only honors their likeness, but gives back to other senior dogs as well as elderly dog owners! That’s just what Ben Egnal and Fang Yu did to celebrate Higgins, the sweetest old pug around, when they launched the Toronto-based apparel and accessories company Higgins Would Be Proud (HWBP for short).
What is it about fall comin’ on that makes me want to buy new clothes? OK, well, full disclosure: that happens every time the seasons change. If you’re looking to add a little pup-inspired pizazz to your fall wardrobe, mosey on over to Modcloth – they’ve got a slew of new things for fall featuring furry friends of all sizes and styles. These two are my favorites – the Champion the Paws Sweater and the Falling in Puppy Love Tunic.
Happy Independence Day! Here’s some red, white, and blue for you — in the form of the cutest apron in the entire world. It’s a sweet little vintage-inspired number featuring a Westie illustration by Marc Tetro. I want to put it on and make SO many cookies (even though my cookies always turn out flat and crumbly). Found over at Modcloth (with a matching oven mitt!).

Designer Vina Lam Lillvis’ first baby was an adopted Beagle named Dodger. After giving birth to her second baby, a baby girl named Bailey, she searched everywhere trying to find them matching outfits. After her search ended with zero results, she took matters into her own hands and created Babawowo, an adorable line of dog and baby apparel.

Dogloading spotted this awesome “Dog Fight” shirt on Threadless designed by David Thorley. It’s a shame it’s all sold out.
