Our rough-and-tumble gal Dottie turns (unbelievably!) seven years old this year. Since we don’t know exactly when she was born, we celebrate Adoption Days – and Dottie’s is coming up this weekend! She’s put together a wishlist of seven great gift ideas, one for each of her silly, sweet years. Check out her picks below!
Hey, do you like chewing, fetching, and tugging? No, not you. I’m talking to your dog. Check out the brand new Gripple from Dublin Dog. It’s made from durable non-toxic material, and it floats and bounces something crazy. The tapered, channeled design makes it super easy to grip, and it even has a delightful vanilla scent. It comes in two sizes for medium and larger dogs. Cool, right? You can check it out over at Dublin Dog. (That means you, human.)
My dogs stink, and that funky stench seeps into their dog beds, toys, and even their collars. Dublin Dog recognized this as a problem and decided to launch a line of collars for the extra-smelly mutts called All Style, No Stink.
Their latest All Style, No Stink collars are made of Extreme Element Elastomers (E3) formulation, which is thinner and softer than the original All Style, No Stink collars, but are still just as strong (maintaining a pull-strength of over 1,200 lbs!). They also feature a sleek brushed satin finish buckle and a 100% waterproof sub layer.
These collars won’t absorb moisture, retain dirt, or harbor bacteria, and is hand-injected and layered into each pattern to eliminate potential odor. Superb for the stinkalotomus you’ve got living with you. Buy ‘em here.
eco-Lucks is a new eco-friendly line of collars and leashes from Dublin Dog. Each collar is made from 1.5 recycled plastic water bottles and each leash from 2.5 recycled water bottles. The ink is water-based and eco-friendly, the tags are synthetic (not leather), and all products are made in the USA.

Hipsters. They’re so hot right now. Unhappy Hipsters, Hipster is the New Homeless, Stuff Hipsters Hate, etc. The long list of blogs celebrating hipster culture through humor seems to be growing at an exponential rate. In the sea of emerging hipster blogs, my personal favorite is the always hilarious Hipster Puppies. What’s cuter than a Ray-Ban wearing, Pabst Blue Ribbon sipping, Mad Men watching hipster pup? The answer? Not much. It’s no wonder that Hipster Puppies is in the process of becoming a soon to be released book! Inspired by one of my favorite daily reads, I put together a roundup of some great products to help your dog achieve this of-the-moment look. Check it out if you want to, I don’t really care. (Wow, that was so hipster of me).
