Lazybonezz was founded in 2008 by a design-savvy mother and daughter team wanting to create dog products to complement the modern home. Looking at their collection of merchandise, I would say, mission accomplished! All of their pieces are made with top quality materials such as solid wood, stainless steel and plush fabrics for the dog owner with exceptional taste and high standards.

Lazybonezz has created a range of products to cover all of your dog’s high-end needs. I love the sleek design of their feeders, and the tough doggy approach to the look of their collars and harnesses.

While some of Lazybonezz’s pieces are quite pricey, I was pleasantly surprised to find how affordable to majority of their line is. If you or someone you know is a big fan of well-designed modern dog products (of course you are), Lazybonezz just might become your favorite new site.

Brooklyn’s Found My Animal is using style and good design to help homeless pets across the country. The company, which donates a portion of their profits to shelter pets, makes “accessories for adopted animals and their people.” It seems they’ve definitely put their collection together with me in mind, as they’ve got a shop full of pretty things I want to call my own.

You may have heard of Found My Animal before, as their efforts to encourage and support pet adoption have received a decent amount of press attention. Upon visiting their site for the first time in a while, though, I was stoked to see an updated collection of collars, leashes, harnesses, and an awesome tote (with a built-in leash) that’s seriously calling my name.

Found My Animal’s products are all US made, often from recycled, upcycled, or reclaimed materials (such as their black and white leashes made from 100% recycled PET). All their hardware is marine-grade, and each collar, harness, and leash boasts a numbered tag of brass or aluminum — signifying the uniqueness of each pet and allowing them to keep a tally of all the pets they and their customers have helped find homes.

Found’s web site even contains a gallery of adopted pets and their stories, encouraging others to give adopted animals a chance and discover what wonderful pets they become.

Dog Gone It Designs makes made in the USA collars, leashes, and harnesses in tons of vibrant colors. I love that you can personalize all of their collars, leads, and harnesses with a name and/or phone number. And choose from a giant selection of patterns and colors. Plus, they have a charitable donation program in place.

I love Flux for Pets‘ tagline: “Modern Accessories for the Big Dog.” Finally! As many of you big dog lovers know, it’s not easy to find large-sized stylish collars for a horse-dog. Made with water-safe, durable fabrics and fasteners, Flux’s collars go up to 32″ to fit most mastiffs, Saint Bernards, and Newfoundlands. But they also fit average-sized pups, too. And they’re made in the USA – yay!

Boett is a Swedish company that now offers their products in the US. They specialize in attractive, reflective gear for dogs. From collars to harnesses, Boett adds safety to your nightly walk. The reflective material needs very little light to illuminate and is highly reflective.

Mijo & Bambi is a San Francisco-based small pet company that makes dog apparel from mostly organic, remnant, and/or recycled fabrics for toy breed dogs. Each piece is made locally in downtown San Francisco. Three percent of each purchase is donated to animals in need.

I love this Union Jack harness I found from UK-based dog company Mutts & Hounds. Made to order, each harness is created from British textile designer, Emily Bond’s rustic printed linens and has an adjustable Velcro fastening. EzyDog is a company dedicated to active pet owners, a category I would probably fall under if my dogs weren’t so lazy.
