
Since it’s been in the 50s and 60s here on the East Coast the past week, I thought it was only fitting to start talking about Spring. Mungo & Maud has released their Spring 2012 collection, and it’s so lovely. I really like the soothing color palette. Go check it out!

Well, February is upon us, which means we’re being assaulted with hearts and Cupids and “every kiss begins with Kaayyyyyy” at every turn. Even though I’m married and in love and all that jazz, Valentine’s Day usually makes me want to kick things. When you think about it, though, we all have the best Valentines around — our pups! I mean, they actually show us what love is all about, and they don’t care a thing about cards and roses and diamonds. We’ve rounded up some great Valentine’s Day items for you and your pup.

Biters is a destructible toy for dogs created by Israeli designer Meirav Barzilay that gives dogs (at least dogs like mine) exactly what they want: a toy to chew, rip, and destroy to discover what’s inside. The plush dolls are stuffed with large fabric pieces (to prevent choking and for easier cleanup) and also contain a treat and, if that wasn’t enough, they also have a squeaky toy inside.

Last week on Phetched, I saw that ModCloth was coming out with some colorful collars and leashes so I popped on over there to check out their selection of doggie items. Lo and behold, I found these adorable nature-themed dog bowls and toy (called “Will Bark for Birch“!). Cute, right?
