Free Stitch is a Japanese dog apparel and accessories company that I discovered on the (fabulous) Blanket ID blog. They have a whole HUGE gallery of adorable dogs in their stylish, well-made clothes, collars, and the like. Be warned: once you enter the photo gallery, there’s no coming out. At least not for a few hours, anyway!
UPDATE: Turns out we actually posted about Free Stitch already… Ha! I guess that just goes to show how much we’re obsessed with their product photography.
His full name is Denver Picard Schimek, if you’re curious. And yes, he’s as happy as that smile indicates. I mean, hey, if you lived in such a colorful, art-filled home, you’d be all smiles, too!
This is Elliott. He has the biggest, saddest eyes I’ve ever seen (and I love that).

I ran across photographer Tom Andrews‘ work on Flickr and stopped dead in my aimlessly-browsing-the-Internet tracks. We know Jonathan Adler is a “dog person”; his many dog-themed products are evidence of that. So, we’re excited when a few pups are able to sneak their way into his interior design portfolio for their 15 minutes of fame.
It’s not every day you see a vintage Up5 Chair by Gaetano Pesce, especially one that functions almost solely as a dog bed! Do you think he knows he’s sleeping on a piece of design history? Regardless, that does look like a mighty cozy spot!
