Wood and Metal Modern Dog Gate
Sometimes we don’t want our dogs venturing into certain parts of our home. Or, we need to keep them contained in one area for a period of time. That’s when it’s handy to have a gate of sorts, but what if you have an oddly-shape area where a regular old white plastic baby gate won’t work? This modern wood and metal gate might be a good option, especially if you often keep the gate in plain sight and would prefer to look at something more attractive than ugly plastic. Oh, how I would love to have something like this! We have an ugly child gate that we found at at thrift store, which we use to keep the dog out of the office area, which has hardwood floors. (It’s also at the front of the house, so she’ll barrel towards to door and scratch up the floors if we let her in that room.) She has the run of the rest of the house though, which is carpet and tile.
